The glassmakers arrived in Brazil with the arrival of the court during the colonial period. In ancient times they were synonymous with elegance and wealth as they were used to store expensive dishes and other luxury goods. Nowadays the cabinet does not have the same meaning, but it can still be used in dining and living rooms to store decorative objects, dishes, towels, kitchen accessories, books, glasses, bowls, drinks, etc.
The most common models of showcases are those with 2 doors or 1 door made of different types of wood. There are also curved, corner, wall or closet cabinets, down stairs and so on. When choosing a model, you should consider the colors of your surroundings: in an environment with neutral colors, you can be innovative and choose a colored glass to attract attention. The inversion can be applied to already contrasting environments.
