The kitchen is a common room where we cook or gather the family for meals. And a curtain is often an essential point to protect against natural light or to ensure privacy. And the effect of it in the kitchen can make the kitchen cozier with a touch more in the decoration.
It is important that the choice of these accessories corresponds to the style of the kitchen. So on the market there are several models, materials and colors to suit all tastes. Check the size of your window and what height you want for the finish. Many prefer to keep it short to the height of the bodyguard, but for some kitchens it is possible to use it from ceiling to floor which creates an incredible look.
From the classic models that exist, we can see the horizontal blinds, which in this type can be metal, PVC or wood veneers. The good thing is that it’s practical and easy to use thanks to ropes that control the entrance of ventilation and lighting depending on your preference.
Another model that is similar to the blind is the rollo and Roman curtains. You also have a system with lighting control, but with a greater variety of materials. The rolo are usually the residents’ favorites and the white or black are chosen to match any kitchen style in neutral tones. But even for those who want a little more personality, the Roman fabric with a colorful print or in geometric designs that create a relaxed and inspiring, may prefer.
For large kitchens, the cool thing is to use the curtains through rails with fabric from voal. The large-area rail curtains ensure a modern look and prevent traces of grease and odor from having greater air circulation. The rail curtain is used in plasterboard and embedded behind the molded part.
